By engaging 42Marketing services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Our services
42Marketing provides marketing services, including AI visibility (GEO/AEO) and ChatGPT Ads management.
3. No guaranteed results
No agency controls what an independent AI platform will say. We do not guarantee specific positions, citations, or recommendations.
4. Client responsibilities
The client provides accurate information about their business, services, and coverage areas, and approves assets before publication.
5. Payments and cancellation
Services are billed according to the agreed proposal. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
6. Intellectual property
Delivered and paid assets belong to the client. Internal methodologies and tools remain the property of 42Marketing.
